All pricing listed on the Nywds.com platform is displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices, service descriptions, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Promotional discounts, coupons, and introductory pricing may apply only to the initial billing period unless otherwise explicitly stated. Renewal rates may differ from promotional pricing and will be charged at the standard service rate applicable at the time of renewal.

Nywds.com does not guarantee successful registration, renewal, or transfer of any domain name. Domain availability may change rapidly, and orders may be declined or cancelled if the domain becomes unavailable or if the registry rejects the request.

Customers utilizing server, VPS, or cloud hosting services must comply with all applicable laws and acceptable use policies. Activities including but not limited to spamming, malware distribution, illegal content hosting, network abuse, or denial-of-service attacks are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Nywds.com reserves the right to limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate services that negatively impact server stability, network performance, or other customers. Resource usage including CPU, memory, bandwidth, and storage may be monitored to ensure fair use across shared infrastructure.
While we strive to maintain high uptime and network reliability, servers and cloud services are provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or hardware failures may temporarily impact service availability.

Premium DNS services are designed to improve domain resolution speed, redundancy, and geographic distribution of DNS records. However, DNS services rely on global network infrastructure and third-party networks that may experience outages beyond our control.
Nywds.com reserves the right to reconfigure DNS infrastructure, modify service features, or temporarily suspend DNS functionality during maintenance or security incidents.
Backups stored but integrity not guaranteed 100% in all circumstances.
Backup services are provided as a convenience feature designed to assist customers in protecting website data and files. Customers are encouraged to maintain independent backup copies of all critical data outside of Nywds.com systems.

Marketing services including search engine optimization, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies are provided on a best-effort basis. Nywds.com does not guarantee specific traffic levels, search engine rankings, or conversion results.
Content Delivery Network (CDN) services are intended to accelerate website performance by distributing content across geographically distributed servers. Performance improvements may vary depending on website configuration, user location, and network conditions.
Mitigate threats but no total protection guaranteed. Migration may be limited by third-party systems.
Security services including malware scanning, vulnerability detection, and firewall protection are designed to reduce potential threats; however, no security system can guarantee complete protection from all cyber threats or vulnerabilities.
Website migration services are performed on a best-effort basis. Successful transfer of website files, databases, or configurations may depend on compatibility with destination servers and access to third-party systems.
Nywds.com shall not be responsible for issues arising from outdated software, unsupported platforms, corrupted files, or restrictions imposed by third-party hosting providers during migration processes.

Customers agree to use Nywds.com services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The use of Nywds.com infrastructure for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, botnets, phishing pages, illegal downloads, pirated software, or any form of malicious code intended to compromise systems, networks, or user devices.
Nywds.com strictly prohibits the use of our services for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), operating email lists without proper opt-in consent, running phishing campaigns, or distributing deceptive marketing content that violates anti-spam regulations.
Customers may not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the performance, stability, or security of Nywds.com infrastructure or any third-party networks connected to our systems.

Customers are solely responsible for all content stored, transmitted, or distributed through their Nywds.com services. This includes websites, files, databases, email communications, and any other data hosted on our systems.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to illegal materials, copyrighted content distributed without authorization, exploit kits, fraudulent schemes, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
Nywds.com reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these policies or that poses a legal, security, or operational risk.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice. Nywds.com may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies when required to investigate illegal activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any users accessing services through their account comply with this policy. Violations committed by employees, contractors, or third-party users will be treated as violations by the account holder.
Nywds.com operates a shared infrastructure designed to provide reliable hosting, networking, and cloud services to all customers. In order to maintain service stability, we continuously monitor network traffic, system resource usage, and server performance.
Customers agree not to use services in a manner that causes excessive load, resource exhaustion, or disruption to shared infrastructure. Activities that consume abnormal CPU, memory, bandwidth, or disk resources may be limited or suspended.
Nywds.com may implement automated monitoring systems designed to detect malicious traffic, abuse patterns, or security threats. These systems may include firewall filtering, intrusion detection, rate limiting, and traffic analysis technologies.
When security risks are detected, Nywds.com reserves the right to temporarily block network traffic, suspend services, or isolate affected systems in order to prevent damage to infrastructure or other customers.
Nywds.com may implement DDoS mitigation technologies designed to reduce the impact of distributed denial-of-service attacks. However, no mitigation system can guarantee complete protection from all attack scenarios.
If a customer's services become the target of sustained or large-scale attacks that threaten the stability of our infrastructure, Nywds.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or null-route affected IP addresses until the attack subsides.
Nywds.com shall not be held responsible for downtime, traffic filtering, or connectivity limitations caused by attack mitigation procedures implemented to protect the broader network.
Nywds.com reserves the right to upgrade, replace, or modify network infrastructure, hardware, or software platforms in order to maintain security, performance, and reliability. Scheduled maintenance windows may occasionally impact service availability.
Where practical, advance notice of maintenance activities will be provided through customer communication channels. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to address security vulnerabilities or critical system failures.
Nywds.com respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Customers may not host or distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
If you believe copyrighted content hosted on our platform infringes your rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice including identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing URL, your contact information, and a signed statement confirming ownership.
Nywds.com may remove or disable access to content that violates copyright law and may suspend accounts responsible for repeated violations.
Nywds.com strives to maintain a network uptime target of 99.9% for hosting infrastructure and core network services.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party outages, DDoS attacks, and force-majeure events may affect uptime and are excluded from uptime guarantees.
In the event of extended downtime caused directly by our infrastructure, Nywds.com may issue service credits at our discretion. Credits are limited to the value of the affected service and do not constitute cash refunds.
You may cancel most Services anytime through your dashboard or support request.
Customers may request cancellation of services at any time through the Nywds.com client portal or by submitting a support ticket. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless immediate termination is requested by the customer. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of service periods unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Nywds.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at its sole discretion if a customer violates these Terms, engages in prohibited activities, or fails to comply with applicable laws or policies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all necessary data backups are completed prior to cancellation. Nywds.com shall not be responsible for loss of files, databases, email accounts, or other data once services are terminated or cancelled.
Refunds may only be issued under specific circumstances where the service purchased cannot be delivered as described or where a verifiable error has occurred during the purchase process.
Valid reasons for refund requests may include duplicate purchases, billing errors, failure to activate services due to system errors, or inability of Nywds.com to provide the purchased service as advertised.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the original purchase date. Requests submitted outside the acceptable window may be declined at the discretion of Nywds.com.

Nywds.com reserves the right to request additional documentation or information in order to review and process refund requests, including proof of billing errors or duplicate transactions.
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days after approval. Customers acknowledge that external banking institutions or payment gateways may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.
Administrative, processing, or transaction fees associated with certain services may be deducted from the total refundable amount where applicable.

In the event of a chargeback dispute, Nywds.com reserves the right to provide transaction records, service usage logs, communication history, and other relevant evidence to the payment processor to contest the claim.
Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks or repeated payment disputes may be permanently restricted from purchasing or accessing services on the Nywds.com platform.
Any outstanding balances, fees, or damages incurred as a result of fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through appropriate legal or collection channels where permitted by law.
Nywds.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid for the affected service in the past 12 months.

Customers acknowledge that internet services inherently involve risks including hardware failures, cyber attacks, network interruptions, and third-party service outages that are beyond the control of Nywds.com.
In no event shall the total liability of Nywds.com exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected service within the previous twelve (12) months.
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nywds.com, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the customer's use of services, hosted content, or violation of these Terms.
